Orba are delighted to have recently delivered a 2020 Mc Closkey R105 scalping screen to Go Green Waste Recycling thus complimenting the purchase of the recently acquired Mc Closkey J40 crusher.
The Mc Closkey R105 has replaced a screen that Go Green Waste had purchased 2 yrs earlier from a different manufacturer. This will help Go Green to run their C&S plant with the support & service under one roof & further enhance the good relationship established.
~Heavy duty high energy 2 bearing screenbox
~Screen raises for easy access to bottom deck
~Integrated hydraulic folding stockpiling conveyor as standard
~Direct feed Hardox hopper as standard
~Large open engine bay with Cat Powerpack
~Travel out fixed walkways
~Optimal 10min set up
Achieving at least 85% recycling turnaround day in day out is part of the process at the Crowborough depot that the new Mc Closkey crusher and screen will maintain and further improve on going forward.
Mixed inert soil and hardcore are separated over the high energy R105 and further processed through the J40 for further reduction.
Frequently collected and recycled materials include:
~Mixed Inert with hardcore
~Construction and skip waste.
I would like to wish Jo, Kenny & all the team at Go Green Waste all the best for the future and continued success as their business continues to thrive and expand.
